At FreeCheckFix, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished devices and ensuring a transparent and fair return experience when necessary.
Return Eligibility
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- Items must remain in the same condition as received, without new physical damage, liquid exposure, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
- All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required, such as an invoice, receipt, or order number.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns and refunds are not accepted when:
- New faults are caused after purchase by dropping, pressure damage, liquid exposure, or any direct physical impact.
- The device has been opened, altered, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized third party.
- Software, operating system, or security components were manipulated, causing malfunction not linked to the original refurbishment state.
- The device was misused in a manner that resulted in new technical damage or violated the terms of warranty.
Return Procedure
- Customers must first contact our support team to open a return request.
- A return authorization and shipping or drop-off instructions will be provided.
- Devices returned by mail must be packaged securely. Transit Damage caused due to insufficient packaging will void return approval.
- All returned products undergo inspection before approval.
- Customers will be notified regarding the status of their return request.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the financial provider.
- If a refund is not approved, we may provide, at our discretion:
A replacement device of equal value, based on inventory availability
Store credit
A discounted repair option, when applicable and suitable
Warranty and Functional Defects
- All devices sold through FreeCheckFix are refurbished, fully tested, and verified prior to sale.
- If a product arrives defective or non-functional in a manner that does not match its description, customers may choose between:
A full approved refund, or
A replacement device at no additional cost, subject to stock availability - Supporting evidence may be requested, such as photos, videos, or a description of the malfunction, for verification purposes.

Refurbished Device Condition Disclaimer
By completing a purchase from FreeCheckFix, customers acknowledge that:
- The device is a refurbished product.
- Cosmetic imperfections or minor signs of previous use may exist and are not classified as functional defects.
- Device performance and core functionality are guaranteed based on our refurbishment and quality assurance standards.
