All products sold by our store are refurbished devices, fully tested and prepared prior to sale.

We operate on a pickup-only basis, and no shipping or delivery services are offered.

Pickup Only, No Shipping

  • Customers can collect purchased items directly from our physical store.
  • No shipping options are provided, and therefore no shipping fees or delivery charges apply.

Reservation for Pickup

  • Once an order is completed, the item is reserved for store pickup.
  • Products remain available for collection during business hours.

Proof of Purchase and Identification

To collect an order, customers must present:

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  • A matching photo ID, if requested, for order verification.

Refurbished Condition Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that:

  • The product is a refurbished device, which may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use.
  • These cosmetic characteristics are part of the refurbished condition and not classified as defects.

Platform Checkout Note

  • Some checkout systems may require entering a shipping address.
